How to pay your Utility Bill

Effective immediately, the Town of Valdese is no longer accepting over the phone credit card payments for utility bills due to regulations from our credit card processing merchant. There are still three options for making your utility bill payment 1) Online at townofvaldese.com, 2) Automatic bank draft, or 3) In person at the Town Hall Main Office. Please call 828-879-2120 with any questions. Thank you.
